1. Link the golo carcare/ golo4 / golo x to the ipublic account.
a. link from Pro/Pro3
a1. Click “golo”> “Customer management”
a2. Click “Link”
a3. Enter the SN and login password of golo carcare/ golo 4/ golo x, then press OK.
b. link from ipublic website
b1. Go to http://ipublic.x431.com/ and log in with ipublic account. If you haven’t ipublic account
before, click “No public account” and apply with username and password of your Pro/Pro3/PADII.
b2. After log in, click “Customer”>”Prelink”
b3. Enter SN and Activation code of golo carcare/ golo 4/ golo x to link.
* If you forget your Activation code, please click "Change activation mode". Then you can enter the
"login password" to add the golo customer.
After link you can restart your golo carcare application in you mobile phone.
2. Click „Remote Diagnose“ by golo carcare or „Diagnose“ by golo 4/golo x.
3. Choose your technician.
3. Click „Remote diagnosis”.
4. Download the Diag file for the first time use and make sure that your mobile phone connect to
your golo. (golo carcare with Bluetooth, golo 4/golo x with Wifi)
5. After click „Continue”, the technician will get your request from his Launch diagnostic equipment.
Now you just waiting for the technician to accept your request.
6. After the technician click „Yes“, the remote diagnosis will start. (Remote diagnosis is operated by
Technician)

8. The technician can send the diagnostic report to you and you can check it in your golo application.
