• 5. DISCUSS THE IMPORTANCE OF HOW LICENSED HOME CARE PROVIDERS AND PERSONAL CARE HOMES SELF REPORT IN THE ESP DATABASE IF THEY CAN SERVE PERSONS HAVING A MENTAL HEALTH DIAGNOSIS.
