grades and subjects included in the mod-

el,

3) will meet or exceed its select peer dis-

trict's four-year adjusted cohort gradua-

tion rate,

4) will meet or exceed its select peer dis-

trict’s annual percent daily attendance for

all grades as recorded by the MDE.
