Rolled out RHEL6 beta for some applications in September last year
RHEL6 stable released in November. Upgraded everything from beta to stable
Remaining servers are all being transitioned

Control Groups (cgroups)
Assign RAM/CPU resources to processes
RHEV-H and RHEV-M
Bare metal install virtualisation platform
Horrible management platform…

Infrastructure as Code
Config management
Excellent communication between Dev and Ops
Embed Ops staff in Dev teams
Don’t use RHEV-M… Yet.
