Lemon pie

Ingredients:

• 1 pie crust pastry 200g

• 150g of caster sugar • 75 or 100g of butter • 3 whole eggs • 2 or 3 lemons according to their size

• Unwind the pastry in a mould on the cooking paper.

•Precook the pastry in an oven for some minutes.

• In the meantime, press and zester the lemons and pour the juice in a pan.

• In the pan, add the sugar and the whole eggs, then mix

•On very soft fire, cook and mix with a wooden spatula until ebullition.

• Then incorporate the pieces of butter.

• preheat your oven in the thermostat 5-6 ( 150 ° approximately)

• Add all the mixture.

• Leave some minutes outdoors before putting in the oven.

• Put the lemon pie in the oven for approximately 20 mn.

• Take out, then let it cool.

• Your lemon pie is ready
