(A7On behalf of our client Beau & Nan Maurice.I would like to lodge this submission to be able to continue with their Nodal Subdivision in Mahua Road, Feilding as per attached Concept Plans.This would be in accordance with the Nodal rules under current operative plan under the Nodal Zone rules.
The proposed Lots will exceed Horizons Regional Council minimum Lot size of 5000m2 With the proposed Subdivision expecting to comply with the Performance Standards of the Rural Zone Rule C2 of the Zone Standards for Subdivision and also comply with the Objectives and Policies of the current Rural Zone.
The subdivision is occurring in an area that is already characterised by lifestyle blocks, rather than farming operations. The area is extensively developed to the North of Mahua Road with the said property to the South, closer to the Feilding residential zone. There are no foreseeable adverse effects posed by this subdivision.
This submission has been submitted to enable the 'Maurices' or future owners to continue with the Subdivision during and after Precinct 4 has been changed and at a time when they are ready to do so.
Nodal Zone and rules to remain in this area.
