A  Failure  to  communicate:    How  a  change  vision  gets  lost  in  the  cluAer    

•  the  total  amount  of  communica;on  going  to  an  employee  in  3  months  =  2,300,000  words  or  numbers  

•  The  typical  communica;on  of  a  change  vision  over  a  period  of  3  months=  13,400  words  of  numbers    

•  The  change  vision  captures  only  .58%  for  the  communica;on  market  share
