• Reviewed the Learning Services process and offer
• Could do better!
• Consulted with Academic Liaison staff around what multidisciplinary resources could be beneficial
• Consulted with Lending Services staff round operational procedures

• Started discussions with 2 providers JSTOR and Emerald
• Newer licenses for Sage Journals and Project Muse included access
• Always take a look in close detail – see what might be on offer
• Funding – all out of existing subscriptions budget
