1. Type your username and password in the ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ fields and click “Go”.

How to log-in

2. If you forget your password click on the ‘Forgot password’ tab and you will be prompted to submit yourusername and click ‘Go’. You will receive an email with a new password. 

3. To register for a new account with ESADE Career Portal, click on the “Register” button. Your registration will have to be authorized byESADE Career Services prior to allow you to work with the Portal.

4. Clicking on the “Register and Post a Local Job” button allows youto register for an account and post a job at ESADE.  Please note jobsmust be approved before being published to Students/Alumni.

1. Once you have logged in, go to the ‘My Account’ tab to change your password.

2. Click on the ‘Password/Preferences’ tab.

3. Type your Old Password in the ‘Old Password’ field, the newpassword in the ‘New Password’ field and then re‐enter it in the‘Verify Password’ field and click ‘Submit’.

1. View job postings by clicking on “Jobs” in the top navigation bar.

2. View active jobs list.  Review and/or edit postingdetails by clicking on the position title.

3. Create a new local job by clicking on the “Add New” button.

4. Review/manage student applicantsby clicking on “Student CVs”

5. “Archived Job Postings” tab allows you to view jobs previously posted.

6. “Publication Request” will allow you to review applicationpackets generated during the job review/management process.

7. ‘Deactivate’ button will deactivate the jobposting from students/alumni to view.

1. Create a New Job Posting by clicking on the ‘Add New’ button, inputting a Job title, description, requested documents, and posting and deadline dates, and then click ‘Submit’.

3. Select “Copy Existing” if you wouldlike to copy a previous posting.

4. “Save and Finish Later”, at the bottom of thepage, will save a partially finished job posting to be completed later. 

2. If you’re publishing an Internship, when selecting Position Type = ‘Internship’ you’ll find a new form specifically for Internships.

5. You can restrict applications by selecting Restrict Applications = ‘YES’

1. View a list of students/alumni who have applied for availablepositions online by clicking on the Student CVs tab.

2. View CVs by clicking on thedocument icon in the CV column.

3. Set the applicant status to help withorganizing and categorizing applications.

5. Generate packet of student CVs by checkmarkingdesired applicants and clicking ‘Generate Book’.

6. Rank the Students to help you decide the right candidate.4. Create an Excel sheet of student information by checkmarkingdesired applicants and clicking ‘Save as Excel’.
