Concept to Codes
• All C2C meetings moving forward will be from 2:30 - 4:00pm ET
• Concept Mapping Environmental Scan– Last week we heard from Kevin Puscas about the S&I Repository and Value
Set definition management– Total of 15 presentations to date
• Meeting Schedule for 2/7/12– Discussion of Value Sets
• National Quality Forum (NQF)
• Next Steps Discussion 2/7/12– Discuss next steps for C2C workgroup and associated future tasks that will
tie into the Reference Implementation– Update on offline review of summaries by community volunteers for all
presentations to date (this will be an ongoing effort)– Begin extraction of key Concept Mapping themes in presentations
