2. Pick the state and county your property resides in

2. Check “Absentee Owner”
3. Click “Update Criteria”
1. Click “Land Use”
2. Click: Condominium, then hold Ctrl key down, and also click duplex, multi family dwelling, quadruplex, SFR, and triplex
3. Click “Add to Criteria List”
1. Click “Total Assessed Value”
2. Add 5000 to 150000
3. Click “Add to Criteria List”
1. Click “Year Built (YYYY)”
2. Add 1940 to 1980
3. Click “Add to Criteria List”
4. Click “Save Search”
5. Click “Submit Request”
