AutoCAD drawing shows - AutoSlipThe drawing below shows from right to left, the AutoSlip & LC In-Feeder 3000 systems on all three lines. The Optimizer is the device in between. System for inserting pre-printed marketing material, reducing the carton size & apply packing slip.

AutoCAD drawing shows - AutoSlipThe drawing below shows from left to right, the Optimizer and AutoSlip. System designed for reducing the carton size, dim-factor reduction & applying packing slip to top of carton.

AutoCAD drawing shows - AutoSlipThe drawing below shows the AutoSlip in red on the green conveyor at the bottom of the page. When a packing slip is required for the order, a carton is diverted on to this conveyor.

AutoCAD drawing shows - AutoSlipThe drawing below shows the AutoSlip in red on the green conveyor at the bottom of the page. When a packing slip is required for the order, a carton is diverted on to this conveyor.

AutoCAD drawing shows - AutoSlipThe drawing below shows the AutoSlip in red on the green conveyor at the bottom of the page. When a packing slip is required for the order, a carton is delivered on this conveyor.

AutoCAD drawing shows - AutoSlipThe drawing below shows the multiple AutoSlip systems in red on the green conveyor at the bottom of the page. When a packing slip is required for the order, a carton is diverted to one of the three conveyors. The fourth conveyor is a by-pass.

AutoCAD drawing shows - Print FeederThe drawing below shows the Print Feeder system in red on the conveyor at the bottom of the page. When a packing slip is required for the order, the last carton in the order is diverted to this conveyor. This systems eliminated 5 operators per shift.

AutoCAD drawing shows - Print FeederThe drawing below shows four (4) Print Feeder above conveyor systems in red above the conveyors. This is also an order start system where the document is fed into the open carton just after the carton is erected. The shipping label is applied just after this operation. No overhead scanners were required.

AutoCAD drawing shows – Print FeederThe drawing below shows the Print Feeder & Optimizer system that automatically feeds the document into the open carton, reduces the height of the carton, places a lid on the caron and then applies a shipping label to the top of the carton. This system reduced the amount of dunnage/void fill and dim-factor as well as many operators.

AutoCAD drawing shows - Print FeederThe drawing below shows the Print Feeder system in red on the conveyor at the upper right of the page. When a packing slip is required for the order, the last carton in the order is diverted to this conveyor. This systems eliminated 7 operators per shift and 6 laser printers.

AutoCAD drawing shows - Print Feeder DFThe drawing below shows five Print Feeder DF systems on the conveyor lines below. This is a system installed to print and feed a packing slip into all cartons on each line with two pages @ 22 cartons per minute. Interface with WCS.

AutoCAD drawing shows - Print Feeder DFThe drawing below shows three Print Feeder DF systems on the conveyor lines below. This system was designed to print fold and feed packing slips and content sheets for each carton on the line.

AutoCAD drawing shows - Print Feeder DFThe drawing below shows two Print Feeder DF systems on the two conveyor below. This is a system installed to print and feed a summary report into all cartons and detailed packing slip into the last carton of the order. Interface with Oracle ERP/WM.

AutoCAD drawing shows - Print Feeder DFThe drawing below shows the Print Feeder DF system in red on the conveyor below. This system reduced the cost per page from 5 to 1.2 cents per page and eliminated 4 operators.

Print Feeder DF & AutoSlipThe system below shows packing slips being fed with the Print Feeder DF into open cartons and packing slips being placed on to the closed cartons (original pack)

when required.

LC In-Feeder 3000Multiple device system to feed catalogues into open cartons when the WCS triggers the feed. The documents are bar code scanned to compare it is the proper document for the order. Other installations include Bio-Pharma PI feeding.

PDFS - Bagger (Flexible Packaging)This installation shows PSI Engineering's (worldwide) patented Product & Document Fulfillment System. Single item orders (~80%) are processed on the above system only. Single and small multiple item orders are processed on the botton system. These two systems eliminated ~25 packing stations and their

overhead.

PDFS - Cartons (Ridged Packaging)This installation shows PSI Engineering's (worldwide) patented Product & Document Fulfillment System. As shown, the system is desigened for corrugated carton shipping. One operator feeds product at ~15 orders per minute.
