The slider housing parts are subjected to the
greatest amount of wear, S-tube sliders are
manufactured from a highly attrition resistant
material which overcomes this concern.
The split spectacle plate (split for better
exchange) and the wear ring are coated in a
special procedure with a wear resistant mate-
rial to achieve longer than normal life.
The conveying cylinder is also made from a
high strength material. The inside of this cylin-
der is lined with a thick chrome coating which
is smoothed in several machining steps. This
provides minimum friction between the con-
veying piston and the cylinder wall.
The cylinders are attached to slider housing
and the one-piece flushing container to
provide easy service.

A robust fully hydraulic control system is the heart of
our efficient pump unit. This technology has been
tested and tried in the hot desert climate of Africa as
well as the extreme cold weather conditions of
Canada.
All the mechanical and hydraulic components can
perform in both types of environment.
H y d r a u l i c S y s t e m
The main control block is the central control
unit for the hydraulic system. A high perfor-
mance oil pump controls the flow of oil
through the driving and sluing cylinders. The
generation of excess heat is avoided through
the use of a large main valve.

The central lubrication system is standard with
our equipment. It provides an almost mainte-
nance free handling of the moving parts of
the slider system and the hopper system.
The S-tube and mixer bearings are also lubri-
cated by the central lubrication system. Long
bearing life is the end result.

The pump provides value for your money.
These pumps are easy to operate and prove
to be very reliable in the construction
field. We use the most modern
materials available to construct our
pumps to achive an optimum ratio
between vehicle and boom distri-
bution.
The boom dimensions range from 16 to 58 meters

Throughout the world more and more high
rise buildings are erected, for which there is
the ever greater tendency to work with fixed
concrete spreader systems.
The company developed statio-
nary concrete placing booms from 20 m to 36 m
(horizontal reach). Due to the application of
state of the art technologies and materials we
succeeded in achieving a horizontal reach of
up to 36 m without having to use a counter-
weight by constructing a 6-edge-column.
The columns can either be used as free booms
or as climbing units.
Booms from 37 m to 58 m have slung exten-
dible front outriggers and rigid slung rear out-
riggers.

Booms up to 37 m are equipped with X-
formed front outriggers and extendible rear
outriggers. This offers an advantage when
operating the pump in tight working quarters.

All the parts of the support system
are produced from high quality fine
grained steel. This high quality
material reduces weight and main-
tains stability.
Today it has become impossible to imagine
major construction sites without concrete
pumps.
Our machines, which come equipped with a
combustion or electric motor, allow pumping
operations to a height of some 100 m and a
horizontal distance of more than 2 km. For
these heavily utilized machines we rely on a
renowned and proven technology, which is
already in use in truck mounted concrete
pumps and in which the hydraulics assume
the control functions. The frame structure was
designed such that the machines can easily be
relocated with a crane.
