We are moving into an “Individual Choice Economy” both as consumers and as participating workers

New options to allow flexibility in how you work, e.g. I.T. offers huge choice in location, time, connectivity, skills sharing

SENIOR ENTERPRISE ASSOCIATION

Different strands of Senior Enterprise need an overall support programme.

Association will provide a linking mechanism to connect individuals and actions.

Will include all Work Programmes, (Starting,

Partnering, Investing, Mentoring.)

TRANSNATIONAL COOPERATION

Association will facilitate people who wish to look beyond their borders in search of entrepreneurial and strategic partners

Will be a platform for the spread and continuation of the Senior Enterprise initiative throughout NW Europe and beyond.

Branches planned at local, regional and transnational level

Each of the partners will establish one in their area

Scope for extending branch network to local levels as required

Opportunity for observer countries to set up branches
