Management System. Two clients: user:player manger

Background A sport complex is a

gymnasium,which include many sport places

(e.g. pavilion,tennis,dancing-room) The usage is not free Book the place with suitable time

before playing Pay for booking immediately,cannot

change

Disadvantage No complete place information The conflict of booking time The booking process is so complicate Because of large of users,

management will be very difficult Since lots of record and

data,searching and report will take a long time

Objectives

Make the users easy to book: See the place information clearly Choose places convenient

Help managers manage large number of information:

Record booking status well and truly Store member's detailed

information Search relative information quickly Report for summary clearly

User login systemIn order to identify the users: Input user ID and Password Different level of member will have

different benefits and services Each member will have its own

For the new users:

register a new ID Fill in their personal information

Place information systemSearch by date: See all the place/time information of that day Allow to book within a weekSearch by place: See all the date/time information of that

place Provide the most update information about

the places (include place status and booking information)

Booking system User choose the activities what they

want (e.g. place,date,A/C,light) The system will calculate booking fee,

and check the place available or not Feed back for user confirm the

payment Finish booking procedure,logout

System For some accident, managers can

management Just let customer be our center What is customer want what is we

should to do We could catch hold of customer

Data Base A customer information data base The information must be

detailed ,especially what they like A program with research function So we have all the things in our

system ,we could implement CRM easily
