Commissioning Manager Provided with Z visa and enters PRC (1st time)

Commissioning Manager starts work at client’s office
On November 15th this Manager received his permanent PRC resident visa

Work Permit Process• Profundo was provided a Technical Services Contract by Husky to provide
engineers and operations specialists.
• This “framework” agreement includes areas such as the subsea pipeline commissioning work.
• CNOOC approval from this framework agreement to hire staff will be extended to include ENI-Saipem staff – i.e. “blanket approval for a group is granted”
• The staff become Profundo employees in the PRC and subcontracted to Husky or its 3rd party suppliers as required.
• ENI-Saipem will not be required to be involved in the immigration process.
• The immigration process is expected to be completed in 3 weeks with the candidate starting work in the PRC after 5 days of notification of intent to enter the PRC.
• Husky will not be required to be involved in each immigration process once a Contract Project Summary is approved by their representative and CNOOC.

Offshore Work Permit Process Summary
• General service contract or blanket purchase order is awarded to Profundo describing a technical scope of work or project for example: Pipeline Commissioning Services.
• Husky’s legal representative or person with authority to execute contracts signs the Project Summary and organizes the signing by the Husky PIC and CNOOC representative assigned to their project.
• Profundo submits “approved” Project Summary to CNOOC Expat HR Department at Beijing.
• CNOOC Expat HR Beijing acknowledges receipt and confirms Profundo to fill positions included in the organization chart including ENI-Saipem personnel
• Profundo prepares a “Project Summary” referencing the contract and submits it to Saipem for review.
