INTRODUCTION

My name is Juan Carlos Valadez I’m from the city of Guadalajara, Mexico I’ve lived here for like 2 years, and I speak

English and Spanish I love to play soccer all the time. I also played for the Garinger soccer team

DESIGN GARDEN BED We have to design couple of examples how we would like to make our Garden bed

We all vote for the best idea of how we would make the bed at the garden

This picture right beside is the idea which won.

Building the bed !!

We all brought the necessary materials to make the bed.

We pick the type of wood and the what we needed to make the bed.

I kind of know what type of wood because I learned when I was in Mexico.

And what is most important we had social interaction

MOVING THE SOIL

Jazmin, shreejana and me work together to dig the soil.

We all putted the soil in the wheelbarrow.

We move the soil into our bed so we can start planting the plants

PLANTING THE PLANTS

We all decide what type of plant we would like to put in or bed.

we start planting the plants in the bed.

I feel really comfortable doing this because I use to do this a lot

FINALLY FINISHED !!!

We worked really hard to get our bed done the best way possible

We finally finished with our bed. After we planted the plants, we watered the bed

I learned that work as a group is not just easier but also you interact with other people and share ideas!

CUT POTATOES

So we start another project.

We had to cut the ends of the potatoes.

We use the pieces as seeds to plant more potatoes..

Working together So we start

cutting the ends in little pieces with scissors.

We cut around 50 potatoes for all.

This is me and my classmate and teammate Tresor having social interaction while we are working.

Work done ..!! And this is the results of our work.

I really enjoy doing this project

And I worked with one of my best friends witch it was more fun

Ms Mabe and the whole class decided to make a butternut squash soup.

We worked together, everybody cooperated somehow to prepare and eat some good soup.

Conclusion

My goals after high school are I want to play soccer at college level and of course get my education and degree. Then I would love to play professional soccer in Europe Germany to be specific. I want to help people all around the world Africa, Asia, Central America, all people who need help, and of course my family.
