Context

The Atlanta seen today has undergone tremendous revitilization and gentrification.

Transforming America’s Black Mecca into one of America’s trendiest cities. The TV show of the same name pays homage to the cultur-al past and present of the city which is often overlooked. These emojis pay homage to that

effort.

Comments

Watch your capital letters in the process book, they are not consistent. I appreciate that you went beyond the assignment to construct a mosaic-collage. This style was unique to your work alone and that is worth celebrating. That being said, it is difficult for me to ascertain the meaning of the images in relation to their subject because of their size. As someone who lives in Atlanta, I can relate but someone from outside our city may have trouble. My challenge to you for a revision is to use larger images that are more visually impactful as they make-up their subject.
