Food #1 - Salt
The normal refined salt most household uses contain primarily sodium and chloride as well as toxic additives. Choose unrefined salt such as Celtic sea salt or Himalayan Salt.
Food #2 - Oil
It would be ideal to eat as raw as possible but in many cases, if you need to cook, use coconut oil instead of other oils. Coconut oil can withstand high-heat cooking. Do take note and choose coconut oil that is certified organic.
Food #3 - Dairy Products
If you do drink dairy like milk, avoid drinking pasteurized cow milk. Choose raw goat milk or raw cow milk from the local farm. Almond milk is a great alternative to milk too.
Food #4 - Grains
Switch to grains like millet, quinoa, buckwheat instead of refined white rice or even brown rice.
Food #5 - Natural Sweetener
Avoid refined sugar, brown sugar, or even the normal maple syrup we put on our breakfast table. Choose natural sweetener, Stevia. You can also choose less sweet alternative like raw honey.
