The Danish people had visited the school and after that we worked about the project.

During theDuring the morning the classes had visited the city centre

Walking along the Po river

We walked from the city center to the river Po. During the journey the history of the Po was explained to the groups. We saw the Sant'Omobono church where in the past the river flew very nearly.

Near the Po there are a park and a wood of typical species. Finally we arrived to the “brush”, an artificial construction, that made the Po narrower.

Civic Museum in Canneto sull'Oglio

The museum has two parts: one about the toy factory of the zone, the other about the nature. Toys of Canneto were very famous in the past.

The second part explained the animals, the vegetables of the area and the typical jobs of the past.

Paleoanthropologic Museum in San Daniele Po

The guide explained us the human evolution and the discovery of Neanderthals men in the zone.

During the visit we learned about the ancient animals of the area and the fossils we saw with microscopes.

Minicruise on the Po river

We are going to have a picnic on Giarola's island after a little cruise on the Po river.
