Acculturation

When a person travels to a new place he or she may have to acculturate to the new country. However, when this person is actually arriving to the new country, acculturation happens at least at a minimum. Although, the process of acculturation shouldn’t end up being assimilation of the new culture.

✪Acculturation-The process of being able to communicate with others from a different culture than ours.

★ Acculturation is recommended at least at a minimum in order for the person arriving to the new culture in order to fit in and like this meet his/her needs;

process in where the people feel excited about the new culture, enthusiastic and adventurous.

•Recovery- A stage in where the new person starts to recover after the crisis. He/she begins to understand and he or she tries to operate in the new environment.

•Adjustment- The new person has adjusted to the his/her new surroundings, accepting the new life in the new culture.
