Non-Resident and International Fees
Nonresident and international Students Nonresident tuition is $248 per unit and $124 per 1/2 unit. Nonresident tuition is charged in addition to fees listed above for residents and applies to all nonresidents of California including international (visa) students . WICHE WUE (Western University Exchange Program) student participants pay 150% of the SUF fee and do not pay Non-resident fees . FEE PAYMENT PROCEDURES Early registration period It is the student’s responsibility to pay their registration fees by the due date. All students are responsible for paying their portion of their fees by their due date; this includes Financial Aid recipients and Housing students.

Transfer from lower and upper division
There is 31 transfer from the lower division in San Bernardino.
There is 150 upper division transfer in San Bernardino.
The total is 181 transfers.
Scholarship for incoming FreshmenAlbert K. & Marilyn Karnig Family
Scholarship provides a $500 scholarship to a full-time incoming freshman with a minimum 3.5 GPA. Exceptional artistic or other talent may compensate for the absence of a 3.5 GPA.
Scholarships The CSUSB Financial Aid Office is now currently accepting scholarship applications for the
2010-2011 academic year. Scholarships are awarded to new and continuing students attending CSUSB. Most scholarships are administered by the CSUSB Financial Aid Office. Others are administered by department majors and associations. Applications and further information about them may be obtained by contacting the department or association. The deadline to apply is February 5, 2010.Applicants need only to complete the scholarship application once to be considered for all scholarships for which they are eligible. For further information, please contact the Financial Aid Office at (909) 537-5227.**2010-11 CSUSB Scholarship Application will be available on-line mid November 2009 (see Applications & Forms ) The deadline to submit your 2010-2011 CSUSB Scholarship is 5:00 pm Friday, February 5, 2010.
