OVERVIEWPresentation training for sixth form students is a stimulating two-
day presentation training and coaching course designed to help give
participants the confidence to speak in front of an audience, and
effectively perform for university interviews. This two-day course is
led by an inspirational public speaking coach who has also coached
students at IMD Business School in Switzerland. The course consists
of fun and practical workshops on key topics including voice, posture
and movement. Participants will be shown how to build presence,
confidence and authority through practical vocal projection and
body language exercises. Participants will also benefit from video
feedback and personal coaching in a relaxed, supportive and positive
atmosphere.
trainerSarah is a dynamic communicator with over 20 years’ experience in
media, finance and business. Her international experience in banking,
and as one of CNBC’s key anchors, makes her at ease dealing with
leaders and experts from industry, government and academia. A skilled
listener and coach, Sarah enjoys working with clients to help them
define and achieve their objectives. Her coaching experience includes
training blue-chip executives in public speaking and techniques for
challenging television interviews. Her international career has given
her an understanding of the cultural and working practices in the
Europe, Asia, the Middle East, North and South America.

choosing 3 techniques from the toolbox and add them to your presentation for the next day

• Participants will take part in a series of practical exercises to help
