About WWOOF

The Work

Among the activities that I’ve developed: Community

breakfast and lunch, maintenance of agroforestry

systems and bioconstruction.

I’ve worked from 8am to 11am and from 2pm to 5pm.

The Food

What made me most happy to have done this

volunteering was to learn so much about food. I’m

vegan and I’ve learned beyond all vegan foods that I’ve

ever tasted until this experience. I realized that cooked

food is an addiction in our culture.

An amazing thing was the breakfast, that was just a

juice called chlorophyll juice that gave me all the

energy.
