I change my wings 6:00 a.m.
I brush my teeth wings 6:20 a.m.
i tend to bed 6:30 a.m.
go to work 7:00 a.m. wings
I 'm at work from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

this is what I do every day from when I wake

Saturdays under the house, and do lunch
leave Sunday Mass at 7:00 am , I have no set
