Its key result areas are:• rapid, inclusive and sustained growth, and • poverty reduction and empowerment of the poor and vulnerableAll programs, projects and activities are anchored on the following:• Updated Philippine Development Plan, 2011-2016• TESDA Road Map 2014-2016• NTESDP 2011-2016• RA 10651 or the General Appropriations Act 2015
