Tool should be open: can be used by anyone (student, lecturer, client, curious others (experts, parents etc.)

Tools makes collaboration transparent

Tool facilitates reflection

Tool is free / no costs

Posterous: an easy to use blogging tool for communication and reflection

Google Docs: an easy to use online collaborative text editor

How to use Posterous in this course?

To publish minutes of your meetings

To announce your progress to your stakeholders ( e.g. “draft version of marketing plan now available” )

To share interesting online resources, fun stuff etc.

Always link to your Google Doc for reference. Attachments in your mail might be published in public!
