To whom it may concern: Over the course of the past two years I have had the pleasure to work with Weston J White in my Work Keys preparation class. While preparing for his career here at the CTE center, Weston has demonstrated the hard work and dedication necessary to be a leader. His leadership and initiative has been displayed with his attendance and hard work. Over the past two years, I have noticed how much he has changed and improved; he gave me the impression of someone who is responsible, mature, and very motivated. It is very rare to see someone who has such a firm plan in life, especially at such an early age. Weston is very aware of what he wants to accomplish. Weston is a very responsible student who works well with others, especially when it comes to accomplishing an assignment. He will take the initiative to pull the class together and get started on a project. He meets deadlines early, allowing extra time to perfect his work. He has the diligence to complete any assignment in a timely manner. I feel that Weston should be commended for his hard work on these projects.
