Product Information

Product description: Polyken® liquid adhesive systems are recommended for use with only Polyken® coating systems. The liquid adhesive systems consist of butyl based elastomers blended with polymeric resins dissolved in an organic solvent system. They can be used for machine applied applications and provide excellent adhesion to the pipe substrate and cathodic disbondment resistance. Liquid adhesive system is recommended primarily for machine application to new pipe surfaces. It promotes high adhesion of the Polyken® coatings to the pipe. Warning: Polyken® liquid adhesive systems are FLAMMABLE MIXTURES. Caution: Store away from heat source. Read all label instructions prior to use. Features: Excellent adhesion Excellent cathodic disbondment resistance Conforms to local and national standards Benefits: Ensures permanent bond of coating system Provides long term corrosion prevention
