Make sure the Virtual Machine is not running.

Startup : Min 512 MBMaximum: default 64 GB

Memory Buffer

Ideal target memory value is constantly change.Default is set to 20%

Memory Priority

Memory priority determine who will get the memory.Rules of thumb:-

Higher Priority will get memory 1st

Taken from Lower Priority VM
