Situation• This patient desires a solution for missing anterior teeth

in the upper jaw• She has been wearing a removable prosthesis for

several years, the prosthesis has to be replaced• Is a fixed implant supported solution possible? • Additional data:

– Periodontal situation is satisfactorily:– Class III occlusion, dental compensated– Orthognatic surgery is not an option for the patient– Crossbite on the left side
