Photos 3 and 4 show a fly-tipped mattress and large amount of alcohol related litter which have been thrown over a fence on private land adjacent to walkway near South Grove Community Centre.

Photos 9 & 10 illustrate evidence of fires on the river bank. Evidence of drug use in the form of needle packaging was also found at the location. However as the area is regularly litter picked by the local community groups no needles were present at the time of the officer’s visit.
