Personal Online Banking at Alliance Bank & Trust
Quickly and easily check your account balances from the Account Overview screen, which you see when you first log in
to Online Banking. You can control the account names and their placement in the list. The launch icon to the right gives
you quick access to a variety of actions related to each account, such as, transaction history, funds transfer, etc.
A great amount of detail is available on the Account History screen. Using the search feature you can easily find checks
and other types of transactions as far back as three years prior (but no earlier than Feb. 27, 2014).
Using the search feature you can also download transactions from a range of dates as far back as Feb. 27, 2014 (or three
years prior to the current date, whichever is later) and export them to Quicken, Quickbooks, Money, Excel, or a CSV file.
Use the Check Viewer feature to review, save or print copies of checks—front or back.
Enroll for Online Statements and retrieve, at any time convenient for you, PDF copies of your account statements going
back as far as seven years (or to account inception, if the account was opened less than seven years ago).
Transfer funds between your accounts at Alliance, or set up a transfer relationship with an External Account that you
own (at another bank) and transfer funds between it and your Alliance accounts. You can also use the Transfer Funds
feature to make quick and easy payments to loan accounts you have at Alliance.
You can also perform Person-to-Person transfers to other Alliance Bank customers. You only need to know their email
address (that we have on file) and the last four digits of their account number.
Our Bill Payment system allows you to send a payment to any payee in the U.S.A. Less common payees are mailed a
check. Payments to more common payees (for example, most utilities and credit card companies) are made
electronically. All standard payments are made at no cost to you. For each payee you can set up payment reminders or
autopay instructions. Some payees will allow you to set up e-bills and autopay as well.
Scheduling payments is clear and easy. The system calculates the delivery date and will not allow you to schedule a
payment date that is impossible for the system to fulfill. If you need a payment to arrive sooner you can choose to
expedite the payment and pay the associated processing fee.
Bill Pay reports are available. Select one of the predefined reports or easily create your own based on a variety of
reporting criteria. Reports can be printed or downloaded for Quicken, Quickbooks, Money, or CSV File.
You can create and maintain alerts, based on account balance, transaction type or amount, or a wide variety of other
criteria. You designate them to be sent to you at a set time of day via text message, email, or only to your secure
message inbox.
Manage your finances using Money Manager. You can even add accounts from other banks.
If you prefer, you can create your own dashboard for tracking your accounts and transactions.
