1. Share with your group a significant leadership ‘challenge’ that you are facing

2. Your team can asks clarifying questions

PRACTICING DESIGN THINKING IN SMALL GROUPS

4 STEPS TO THE PROCESS – 6 MINUTES EACH

1 minute: “Client-sharing” CLIENT shares challenge/decision with CONSULTANTS.

2 minutes: “Clarifying questions” CONSULTANTS will ask clarifying questions only about the challenge. It’s not time to give advice yet. Video/audio on for all.

2 minutes: “Advice-giving/Brainstorming” CLIENT: Turn off your video and audio now. Your two peer CONSULTANTS keep video and audio on. Consultants will be offering constructive ideas, brainstorming, advice, feedback. CLIENT: is listening carefully, but does not interject.

1 minute: CLIENT turns on video and audio. Quickly share back a few things that you heard that you appreciate are willing to prototype and test.
