On August 17, 2018 at approximately 1:44PM, a black male approximately 25-35 years of age, 6'00-6'03 tall, between 200-220LBS wearing a black shirt, black hooded jacket, blue jeans and red "slider" sandals entered the victim's property on Devonshire Court in Dunwoody Georgia and removed a FED EX envelope that had been delivered approximately 1 hour prior. The suspect was carrying a large cardboard box at the time and left the scene in a white sport utility vehicle. See Attached Video.
