- @PechaKuchaScran (Brad Peniston) launched the hashtags #ScrantonMovieTitles and #ScrantonMovieNames, stealing the idea from #clevelandmovietitles

- Went viral virtually overnight on November 4, 2011

- Several members of the NEPA Twitter community played along by Tweeting with the hashtags #ScrantonMovieNames and #ScrantonMovieTitles
