Open• Anyone can register, no institutional affiliation necessary, ‘free.

Online• Delivery, feedback, and assessment (if any) are done virtually.

Sometimes supplemented with physical ‘hang outs’.

Courses• There is a curriculum although in some cases it is very flexible.
