We will integrate your preferred payment gateway with your donor portal

We are already compatible with the major payment gateways globally. This means that we can have your portal up and running in no time if you decide to choose the platforms on the next page.

We do this for every new fundstakPRO customer. You will however have to register as a merchant with the payment gateway provider.

Pledge

• Donor finalizes amount and selects a bank that he or she can pay into

Deposit / Wire

• Donor deposits or wires the money by physically visiting your bank or via the Internet

Verify

• Donor logs onto your portal and verifies the donation by entering a tracking number

Approve / Reject

• Your finance users are alerted who then track the donation and can edit, approve or reject

Flow for cash / check pickup

Pledge

•Donor finalizes amount, gives address, date and time for pickup

Pickup

•Your logistics partner or relevant team is notified who visit the donor and pickup the cash or check

Success or Failure

•Your logistics partner or relevant team logs into their control panel and can edit, confirm or reject the pledge

Flow for bank mobile payments

Pledge

• Donor finalizes amount and selects a mobile account that they can pay into

Payment

• Donor makes the payment via cell phone or by visiting a payment partner or shop

Verify

• Donor logs onto your portal and verifies the donation by entering a tracking number

Approve / Reject

• Your finance users are alerted who then track the donation and can edit, approve or reject

Flow for Mobile Payments (OTC & MA)

Pledge

•Donor finalizes amount and presses the contribute button

•Donor is given a tracking number

Payment

•Donor pays via mobile or by visiting any physical location of the mobile payment partner

Success or Failure

•Once the payment is made into your mobile account your portal knows automatically

•No need for donor to verify the transaction
