TED.com currently has a library of over 600 amazing talks of such high quality that the site hasbecome the platinum standard for innovation in digital storytelling.

TEDx is part of a revolution in globaleducation made possible by local organizerswanting to engage their communities.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a programcalled TEDx - local, self-organized events that bring people together toshare a TED-like experience.

At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to sparkdeep discussion and connection in a small group.

These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, wherex=independently organized TED event. The TED Conference providesgeneral guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events areself-organized.

Every week, in multiple cities, people are coming together to pursueideas worth spreading.
