INGREDIENTS ( SERVES: 6 PEOPLE)
•450 ml skimmed milk
•150 gr caster sugar
•2 eggs
•1 teaspoon vegetable oil
•1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•250 gr plain flour
•1 and ½ teaspoon baking powder
1_ Place the milk, sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla in the blender
2_Add flour and the baking powder
3_Blend until smooth
4_Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium heat
5_Pour the batter into the pan, using approximately 4 tablespoons
for each pancake
6_Brown on both sides
7_Serve hot with jam, maple syrup, honey or your own choice
