Pancake Tuesday• Will be celebrated on 12th of

February this year.

• Also called Shrove Tuesday.

• Pancake Tuesday marks the start of Lent.

• On this day we eat mountains of pancakes.

How to make pancakes

Ingredients:

•100g plain flour•Pinch of salt•1/2 egg•300 ml milk•1 tablsp of oil

Method1. Mix flour and salt in a bowl.2. Add the egg, oil and milk

and slowly beat to make a batter.

3. Put oil on the pan.4. Add the batter to the pan.5. Fry until golden brown on

both sides after flipping.6. Serve rolled up with golden

syrup or nutella.
