SOUTHERN ALBERTAPalliser Regional Schools is a public school
system located in southern Alberta that offers
international students with the opportunity to
attend faith-based or secular schools in a variety of
friendly and safe communities. Our results show our
commitment to high quality instruction, small class
sizes and individual attention.
Palliser takes great pride in providing specialized
services to international students. This includes
operating our own homestay program and
ensuring each student feels safe and comfortable.
Our in-house international student programming
allows us to personalize student experiences and
Palliser can arrange for tours and activities while
international students are staying in Canada.
Our schools welcome international students and
provide them a rich learning environment and a
wonderful experience that will last well beyond
their stay in Canada.
Southern Alberta is known for its open spaces, fresh air and friendly communities.
Temperatures and weather conditions can vary
widely across southern Alberta but generally, our
summers are warm and dry and winters are cold
and snowy. Southern Albertans enjoy the great
outdoors all year, with skiing and snowboarding
popular in winter, and camping, hiking and fishing
in summer. Southern Alberta is known for its blue
skies and sunshine all year round. The scenic
prairie views and its proximity to the mountains
makes southern Alberta one of the best areas for
outdoor activities all year long.
