layer cage
1. Aluminized zinc wire mesh: Corrosion resistance thereof is 3-4 times of that of ordinary hot
galvanized wire mesh.
2. Sliding cage door: It is limited to bending, convenient in operation and good for taking the chickens in
and out.
3. Bottom wire: It has a slope of 7 degrees and high elasticity due to being installed on the tension wire,
and protects the eggs during falling and rolling.
4 egg protective damper: It prevent the chickens pecking eggs, and avoid chicken manure falling on the
trough on bottom layer.
5. V-Shape water trough is located below the waterline to avoid the water falling on the manure slider.
6. Hot galvanized feed trough: It has high strength, its fl ared structure can reduce the waste of feed, and

Horizontal egg collection devise • It cleans collected eggs during rolling, and adjust
direction of the eggs.• Collection trays, confi gured to collect soft-shelled
eggs and dirt, are equipped on each layer.• An egg collection guide ensures that the eggs
are uniformly distributed on the elevator egg collection device to improve effi ciency.
elevator layered egg output & new egg catcher • It outputs eggs in a layered manner to reduce
collision between the eggs and the central egg line, and the foam on the inner wall buffers the rolling speed of eggs to reduce the broken egg rate.

Big Herdsman automatic delivering system is composed of silo, driving system, pvc tube, quality auger and so on, and is well sealed.
It increase management effi ciency, reduces cross-infection and realize high automation of production process in the whole farm.
gi Silo:
The silo is composed of feed container, lid, ladder,
support legs and so on. The feed container part is
two side hot galvanized with zinc layer of 275g/
m2 on each side. There is a view window on the
bottom sheet, for convenience of feed observation.
There are multiple choices of silo capacity for
your option. The silo is with high strength, anti-
corrosive, durable and easy for transportation and
installation.

Hopper FeeDIng systeM
Advantages
• It is uniform for feeding to ensure that the chicks eat the feed uniformly and
are high in weight uniformity;
• The feed distributor can refresh the feed to ensure that there is no feed
accumulated or no “stale” feed;
• It has low energy consumption during running and low maintenance rate;
• The feed box is separated from the trough or in contact with plastic parts, so
as to effectively avoid the trough from wear;
• V-Shaped trough may avoid “Feed at Edge” to prevent the feed from
accumulating and mildewing, and effecting the health of chickens;
Feed distributor for pullets
• It can distribute the feed uniformly so as to meet the feeding of 1- day- old chicks;
• The feed cannot be accumulated at the front part, and the remaining feed can pass through the distributor;
• It can control blanking quantitatively, and control the blanking amount precisely;
• The uniform distributor is not in contact with the trough, so that the trough is free of wear;
The main feed line can load automatically, and the material controller controls the switch.
The mechanical design for cleaning the feed at the tail end can clear away residual feed at the tail end of the cage to prevent the feed from accumulating and mildewing, ensuring the health of the chickens while saving labor greatly.
Feed distributor for layers
• The feed can be uniformly distributed, which is convenient for controlling the weight uniformity of chickens;
• The feed cannot be accumulated at the front part, and the remaining feed after being eaten by chickens can pass through the distributor from the bottom and sides;
• It can control blanking quantitatively, and control the blanking amount precisely;
• It increases surface-line contact between the plastic pads to greatest extent and is supported by rollers to reduce wear of the trough;

Water line at front end:Concentration of chemical feeder is adjustable, and the water meter is numerable.
Pressure regulator: It can adjust pressure at the outlet, and has a recoil function.
Water line: The cage for layer is equipped with a V-shaped water trough, and a hatching and breeding coop is liftable.
The high effi ciency motor, ensures the belt transmission is stable and reliable. The rubber coated driving roller and sectional rubber coated tensioning roller ensures the belt pasted with less manure and the belt is no longer slippery.
The manure scraper is a little softer, it effectively protects the pp conveyer belt. The double scraper ensures the cleaning effect of the conveyer belt. PU material, with long service life.

50” Fan - 2013 model • Outer frame and tube are made from hot galvanized plate that conforms to the state standard
requirement and has the zinc coating of 275g/m2, to be shaped by mould pressing, being corrosion resistant and beautiful;
• Blade is made from mixed material of nylon and fi berglass, with high strength, anti-corrosion and it is fi xed by bolts, being easy to dissembled or assembled;
• Detachable shutter components, with low wind resistance, anti-corrosion, being easier for installation and maintenance;
• Cross type fan column, with sound structure and reliable operation;• Integrated belt wheel and fl ange sheet, are moulded by hot pressure casting from high strength
hard AI alloy material, being light and high in strength
Axial-fl ow fan with centrifugal system When the fan is put into operation, the centrifugal system enables the shutter to be opened
automatically in horizontal, angle, where the wind resistance is the minimum. The fan works in smooth operation, with lower vibration and smaller noise together with a consistent air fl ow. When the fan stops working, the shutter automatically closes tightly under gravity and spring force with great sealing effect.
Light trap The light trap panel adopts PVC material, fl ame-resistant and climate enduring. It’s with high
intensity and geometry stability, highly resistant to oxidant and reluctant, as well as strong acid.
