DESCRIPTION
The travel bug bit me when i was very young, i remember my very first trip away from home anda still have my holiday diary from the time. I have always loved travel, not necessarily the travelling part, but meeting new peoaple, exploring a new site, trying new food - it's all very exciting for me. So when the opportunity to visit the federated states of micronesia came up, i wanted to jump at the chance. An impending deadline preventd that trip, however iwas amazed at the a mount of jourmos wanting to get off the beaten track. Keri algar drew the long straw and reports from one of the most spectacular countries on the earch in this issue of Pacific Island.
