Stephen Chucka has been with Ace Relocation
since 2014. He has been in the moving busi-
ness since 1998. His neighbor was a local driv-
er who took him out in his first moving van
that summer and he’s been in the industry ever
since. Seeing as his father is also a freight
hauler, he has had a lifetime of exposure to the
trucking industry. His brother Alex Chucka also drives for Ace.
He enjoys his time off at home with his two boys, ages nine and one. He has been
married to his awesome wife for 10 years. He has one of the best crews around
who go above and beyond. They always exceed his level of expectation He could-
n't do it without them! Everyone loves his kind of crew.
Although, the moving industry isn't always a walk in the park, he gives it his best.
The thing he likes most about being a driver is going new places, meeting new
people and seeing the smile on their face after you give them that perfect move.
In the relocation business, March comes in like a lamb and out like a lion, just the
opposite of the weather. We’ve had a relative quiet winter compared to the last
couple of years, that’s more of the “business cycle” than it is about Ace’s ability
to book.
We still feel that Ace is in an excellent position to take and service orders. With
our fleet of talented Professional Van Operators, our nine geographically diverse
locations, our tactical advantage remains in place. Our desire to manage and
grow the business for our employees and contractors is still very high.

DOT Inspection this year. Complete instructions were sent by E-mail. Please let us know if you didn't receive
them. Please don’t wait and get them done early!
Last summer we were proactive in ordering the 2016 trailers. Rather than wait until fall, we ordered in July
and August. As a result, our equipment is in place and in service prior to the peak season beginning. What a
relief that is.
The only thing constant in life, is change. We’ve had some changes in Interstate Operations and we will con-
tinue to run the same offense with our team. We will do our best to plan shipments on the right trucks to keep
our vans running at the pace that you like. We know that the more information you have, the better you can
plan your labor, your route, and some time getting to the house.
Spring has Sprung, let’s go!

HOVERBOARDS ARE BANNED
Effective immediately: Hoverboards ARE BANNED
from all domestic and international shipments.
The news is full of reports of the highly flammable nature
of the Hoverboard. In the last three months there were over
50 reports of fires caused by the Hoverboard in the
United States alone.
Due to the catastrophic potential that these items present during transit
and storage, Ace Relocation Systems and all subsidiaries will not accept them for
transport.

MESSAGE FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Every year , Ace 25 in Long Beach, CA get together at UC Irvine &
walk to show support for all our friends and family who suffer from or
have lost someone with Multiple Sclerosis.
Both Anna Armstrong and Malea Morse have lost loved ones to this
crippling disease. Anna’s great grandmother, Hettie Coppleman, lived
with MS for many years and sadly past away. Malea’s Mother, Susan
Morse, suffered with this disease for 10 years before passing away in
2001.
Last year the Pacific Coast Chapter of Walk MS reached their fundraising
goal of $1.5 million dollars. Let’s walk to create a world free of MS on
Saturday, April 30, 2016. We’re stronger together. Our team’s name is
ACE’S WILD FOR A CURE. Go Ace 025!
ACE 25 GIVES BACK TO THE COMMUNITY
Greetings from Sunny San Diego Ace 62.
Bring on the summer! We have a great team in place at Ace 62 to help service your moves. The team is mixed with
veterans and new hires. We have a great team environment and all help each other with whatever is needed. Feel free
to call us with anything you need help on.
I would like to introduce our New CSRs Melissa Gates (Cartus and MI) and Shannon Wasser (Petco, Odyssey, Illumi-
na, Xerox). We also have two admins Gabriela Rivera and Viviana Cruz who have joined the group last year. We en-
joy what we do and look forward to not only supporting our Customers but insuring that our PVOs and Operations
teams are taken care of.
A big focus for our CSRs this season will be our overall score on surveys from National Account work. Third party
relocation companies like Cartus, Odyssey, Lexicon etc. work off a scoring system. We all get evaluated individually.
The final score is on the overall experience for the customer. It should be our common goal to strive for the highest
score on each move. Speak to your CSR about the rating system for your current move or refer to your
Ring of Quality to determine what questions will be asked. Whether it is a 2,000 lb. ship-
ment or a 20,000 lb., they are scored the same. The shipments with the best scores are the ones
where the CSR and the PVO communicate. We will be adding the CSR’s email and phone num-
ber to the dispatch screen in Atlas so that the PVO has our information on hand. We are also deal-
ing with more capped moves from our accounts. It is crucial that the CSR receives the actuals be-
fore the delivery. Let’s all work together to become the highest scoring moving company for
these accounts.
Thank you! Ben Castellanos, Customer Service Manager of Ace 62

operations, company overview, claims, customer satis-
faction, and other van lines topics expected to be of
interest.
The meetings will begin at 8 am and conclude around

ings and a lunch provided during the meeting.

KATHY’S REMINDER:
Get your OWN weights on every Military shipment coming out of NTS warehouse. On pack and loads, ask
Agent if they got weights. If they did not, you MUST get your own weight. Back weighing might get the
Agent shut down and we don’t want that to happen in the summer peak season. Questions, please call Kathy
directly at 888-770-5510 X4324

Hello Everyone,
Ace 64 has just completed it’s 2nd and final move in the past 14 months into our newly constructed
facility in Bartlett, Illinois. We can’t say much more than “Wow”, this place is phenomenal. With the
help and guidance of Bill McArdle, we certainly have something that we can be proud of. We started
moving our warehouse in mid-January and completed that portion the last week of February. We moved
our offices on February 21st and officially started operating from here Monday, February 23rd. I want to
thank all of those involved that helped make this move seamless, from Scott Neumann and the entire
Corporate IT department, our own drivers and staff, the drivers from Ace 08 who helped out while they
were in town and Oscar from 08 who helped with our warehouse.
Since our last newsletter we have a few new faces here at 64 as well. Donald (Doc) Quaethem, Glenn
Phillips, Matt Bertino and Larry Bridges have joined Ace 64 as drivers. Anastasia Shabalina is the friend-
ly voice you hear when you call and she handles commercial billing, customer service and
whatever else we can give her.
We have lots of capacity with our new building and are looking forward to a busy summer to fill it.
I would like to thank all of our PVOs in advance for
their hard work as we get ready to go into another
busy season and hope that they all stay safe.

WALK Your Way to Fitness
Walking is the ideal exercise for just about everyone.
Put 1 foot in front of the other — it’s that simple.
Here’s how:
Step 1: Warm up and Stretch
• As you begin walking, do a 5-minute warm-up
walk using your largest muscles repeatedly (such
as arm swings and back rotations) prior to brisk
walking.
• Stretch right after your walk while your muscles
are still warm. Never stretch a cold muscle.
• Keep shoulders back, head up and chest lifted.
Never slouch forward.
• Allow your arms to swing naturally. Don’t
clench your fists.
Step 2: Dress Right
Wear well-fitting walking shoes with a flexi-
ble, cushioned sole and plenty of toe room.
Socks made of breathable fabric keep feet dry
and free of blisters.
Wear nonbinding, weather-appropriate
clothing, indoors or out. Carry a water bottle.
Apps and wearable devices can help you
monitor your physical activity.
If you’re not used to exercising, don’t expect too much
right away. Start by walking at a moderate pace for just
10 minutes. Goal: Walk most days of the week, even if
it’s just for a few minutes.
As you get used to walking, increase speed, distance
and time, or carry hand weights. Try walking uphill or
take a challenging nature hike.
Step 3: Start Slowly
Step 4: Stay Safe
Carry your smartphone for emergencies only
(phone use while walking can distract you from
potential hazards, such as traffic).
Know where you’re going and stay aware of your
surroundings. Walk with others. If walking at night,
stay in well-lit, well- populated areas. Let family
members know your route.
