Pennsylvania Real Estate License

Renewal ProcessRenew by May 31st, 2010!!!

Step 1: Go to the Dept. of State website to get started!

- Go to https://www.mylicense.state.pa.us/PersonSearchResults.aspx- Type in your Last Name- Type in your Registration Code - Click Search

Step 2. Confirm your information

This next screen will ask you to confirm the information they already have on file for you. You must create a User ID and password, plus add your email and phone number (all are in red). Click Register to continue.

Step 3. Success … almost

Yey! You set-up a username and password! Now login and use them. Click Login.

Step 4. Now let’s renew!

Click Renew License on the left-side menu.Click Continue above the license you would like to renew.

Step 6. Answer a few questions …

Now for the fun part, answer the questions using the down-down arrows in the Answer column. Click Submit to continue.

Step 7. Review your info & question responses

Review all of your information again and your question responses again. Then click Pay Fees and Submit.

Step 8. Review your info & question responses

Make your payment by credit card and then use the Print Receipt to get a copy of your paid receipt. Congratulations! You’ve renewed your PA real estate license!!!
