Pre-requisites

• Get ready the CorpPass account.

• Select Partners’ Portal under MSF as the digital service name.

• Submit the details of SCC’s CorpPass account holders authorised to access the SCFA Online Portal to MSF. Grant of access will take 2 – 3 weeks to be completed.

If you have submitted an online application for a child or sibling before, you can enter child’s/sibling’s Birth Certificate Number. The system will populate the parents’ details in Section II to V of the online submission form, for this current application. You may edit if there are changes.

➢ SCC is still required to upload to the Portal a copy of the SCFA Application Form signed by parents/ guardian and the supporting documents.

➢ File size cannot exceed 5 MB per attachment. Before scanning, check that the resolution is of a lower pixels (min 200 dpi) under your scanner setting.

Note : SCC can only use the Appeal module if there is an existing online SCFA application for the child. Otherwise, system will prompt SCC to complete the Appeal form in hardcopy and email to MSF.

Re-Submission

• After SCC submits applications online, MSF will assess the application. For incomplete applications, MSF will route the applications back to SCC for rework.

• Email notification sent to SCC with SCFA Case Reference No and reason(s) for rework.

• Upon obtaining the information required by MSF, SCC can select 'Resubmission‘, enter the SCFA Case Reference or Child Birth Certificate No. and application period to re-submit application.

Things to note

❖ To notify MSF of changes in authorised personnel to access SCFA Portal, SCC can email MSF_SCFA_Portal@msf.gov.sg.

*If the SCC staff has left the organisation, please be reminded to notify MSF within 2 weeks from his/her last day of service so that we can remove the access.

*We will require 2-3 weeks to process request to grant access for the new SCC staff. Do inform MSF in advance so that your SCC’s online submission will not be disrupted.
