Project Team Members Survey Question – What was the best thing about participating in your workgroup?

That people were able to understand the process and how they affect my work when they do not do what I need them to do. Also, I liked getting results that made my job more effective.

It was an opportunity for everyone to be able to visualize the complexity of a seemingly simple task.

The group was a good mix of users across functional areas. The best things were being introduced to our CQI process, debating with others in the know and learning about the topic at hand.

Knowing about potential performance improvement efforts and CQI projects. Having a clearer perspective of how meaningful sources for projects is determined.

Great experience, especially for first timers on a team of this kind
