• OurOutreachandEligibilityworkerssupportedOpenEnrollmentfortheHealthInsuranceMarketplace.In2015,ourO/EWorkershelped132peopleenrollforMarketplacecoverageand238peopleapplyforMedicaid.TheyprovidedinformationaboutMedicaidandMarketplacecoveragetoapproximately525consumers.InadditionourO/EWorkershandled205medicaland197dentalSliding-FeeScaleapplicationsin2015.

IamhonoredtoserveasChairoftheFamilyCareBoardofDirectors.DuringmyeightyearsasBoardmember,theadministrators,staffandhealthcareprovidershaveproducedanoutstandinglevelofgrowthanddevelopmentofbothsitesandservices,whilemaintainingcommitmenttoqualityhealthcareforall.TheAffordableCareActcontinuestofosteranincreaseininsuredpatients.AnewDentalWagonisontheroad,bringing“MilesofSmiles”tochildrenwho

donothavearegulardentist.School-basedhealthservicesareprovidingthefullrangeofpediatrichealthcareinschool-basedofficesandacolorfulRV.TheSt.AlbanssitenowprovidesbothregularcareandUrgentCare,includingx-rays.FamilyCareisworkinghardtoprovideexpandedbehavioralhealthandsubstanceabusetreatment.Afreshnewlogo,chosenbypatientvote,embodiestheheartandopenarmsofFamilyCare.IhopeyouareasproudasIamtobeaFamilyCarepatient.
