How The ORIENTAINER®Bottle Unscramblers OperateContainers are randomly dumped into
the low profile supply hopper where theyare gently deposited into the rotary pre-feeder bowl on demand. As the pre-feeder turns, the containers are single-filed and then sent down an adjustableslide chute where they enter an exclusive“Stand Up Unit” which orients bottles to an upright position, (Models AU-6Cand AU-5C automatically invert, ionize, vacuum/clean and orients the bottles toan upright position). Once upright, the containers exit onto a take-away con-veyor for the next downstream operation.

The Models AU-3 and AU-3M have the same features and options as the Model AU-6 exceptthat they require only 45 inches x 65 inches offloor space. They are the smallest fully automaticunscramblers in the industry. The low profileunscramblers handle a wide range of containerswith little or no change parts, require no air andtheir maximum height is 60 inches (153 cm). Virtually all styles and shapes of plastic, metaland corrugated/composite containers can be han-dled in the range of 1/2 inch tall up to 6 inchestall and up to 3 inches wide. A wide range ofspeeds can be obtained depending upon containersize and shape.
The Model AU-5 has the same features as the model AU-6 exceptthat it is designed with three distinct components (theHopper/Elevator, Pre-feeder and Stand-up Unit). This allows theend user flexibility for special applications such as right to lefttravel, unique floor plans and special hopper requirements. Referto the dimensional drawings on the back page.
In addition to the unscrambling features of the Model AU-5 andthe Model AU-6, the Model AU-5C and the Model AU-6C have anintegral bottle cleaner which inverts the containers, blasts themwith filtered ionized air and vacuums them without the need oftwist chutes or costly change parts. The Models AU-3 and AU-3M have the same features and options as the Model AU-6 exceptthat they require only 45 inches x 65 inches offloor space. They are the smallest fully automaticunscramblers in the industry. The low profileunscramblers handle a wide range of containerswith little or no change parts, require no air andtheir maximum height is 60 inches (153 cm). Virtually all styles and shapes of plastic, metaland corrugated/composite containers can be han-dled in the range of 1/2 inch tall up to 6 inchestall and up to 3 inches wide. A wide range ofspeeds can be obtained depending upon containersize and shape.
The Model AU-5 has the same features as the model AU-6 exceptthat it is designed with three distinct components (theHopper/Elevator, Pre-feeder and Stand-up Unit). How The ORIENTAINER®Bottle Unscramblers OperateContainers are randomly dumped into
the low profile supply hopper where theyare gently deposited into the rotary pre-feeder bowl on demand. As the pre-feeder turns, the containers are single-filed and then sent down an adjustableslide chute where they enter an exclusive“Stand Up Unit” which orients bottles to an upright position, (Models AU-6Cand AU-5C automatically invert, ionize, vacuum/clean and orients the bottles toan upright position). Once upright, the containers exit onto a take-away con-veyor for the next downstream operation.

How The ORIENTAINER®Bottle Unscramblers OperateContainers are randomly dumped into
the low profile supply hopper where theyare gently deposited into the rotary pre-feeder bowl on demand. As the pre-feeder turns, the containers are single-filed and then sent down an adjustableslide chute where they enter an exclusive“Stand Up Unit” which orients bottles to an upright position, (Models AU-6Cand AU-5C automatically invert, ionize, vacuum/clean and orients the bottles toan upright position). Once upright, the containers exit onto a take-away con-veyor for the next downstream operation.
